XRequesting refund for automatic subscription! Tried for 2 days now and get the same problem - agent will be available in less than 10 minutes... but the must be no one working at sony because no agent ever arrives. I am eligible for a refund but the challenge is how do you get your refund when no one is willing to engage with you. Sent an email but no reply!!! Will have to threaten small courts claim if this continues - poor service! I sent an email to sony help centre and they replied within 48 hours - I provided relevant details including order number. i was refunded within 5 business days, therefore change from 1 star to 3 stars.

Live Chat took 30-45 min to connect. My first try I was in the restroom when they answered; my second try I was disconnected with no explanation. Calling took 29min. Is the $$$ owed worth 30min to you? If so, call. The agent was courteous and quick to refund.

Have never really had any problems with customer service and over all everything works well. The only issue i could say i have is the time i tried downloading an old game that i had digitally (no disc). I've owned it since August 8 - 2016 but stopped playing after a few years. When i finally decided to download it again a few weeks back the game was gone from my library and in store it told me i had to pay for it again, pretty weird when i have collected trophies and all are spaced out with over months between the first and last earned trophie. After contacting Playstation support i get told that they can't see that i've ever owned the game and that i need to send them a print of my receipt (from over 6 years ago) i told them that i've changed email since then and that my former bank don't have that old information saved. All i'm left with at the end is an apology and the information that i have to buy the game once again, just to play. I have not bought it again yet and this is the only issue i've had. Ps: Buy your games on disc or save the receipts (email receipt)

Bought a a add-on thinking it was the actual game i managed to get on to customer support char and I had to wait a hour but they refunded the full £30 onto my wallet straight away with no issues what so ever very grateful

PlayStation.com does make it kind of difficult to find out where to get your warranty repair done because the sites just kind of loop themselves in a circle a few times before it spits you out in the right area but hey I got a free warranty repair so that's cool but it is second time my HDMI ports gone out but at least it's free to repair

I ordered a ps5 concole and a separate ps5 controller red, but when the parcel came only the ps5 concole was in the the box no controller, the box had a big hole in the side, and tapped up badly I think the driver from DPD stole my controller, I have been trying to get in contact with playstation.com but it's impossible to speak to anybody, online chat is no help either, £65 I have been robbed of, It was meant to be a birthday present for my son. A week after writing this they did get in contact with me by email and asked for pictures of the box it all came in, and the next day I got a full £65 refund into my bank.
