Booking – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I've booked with them over 15 times and currently on genius level 2. I've been refunded the money after making a mistake on a booking and I luckily got a full refund which on the agreement I would id been charged full money. If you contact them or try void it within the 30 min deadline. I've been credited with travel rewards also, very happy

I booked my hotel through booking.com but unfortunately, we were not able to make it. Although it was non refundable booking we got a full refund after contacting customer support. I booked hire car from another company and they refused to refund, should have hired car from booking.com. Will definitely be booking next time.

After seeing the huge number of negative reviews on here I expected the worst, but booked 4 hotels and an apartment in Japan through Booking.com and everything went really smoothly.

Ik boek nu al jaren hotels en appartementen via Booking en dat gaat uitstekend. Het wijzigen van reserveringen ook. En ja, als je te laat bent met annuleren, dan moet je betalen. Dat staat in de voorwaarden. Ook het betalen met creditcard gaat altijd goed.

Al jaren een tevreden klant en al tientallen keren leuke huisjes geboekt. Snap alle negatieve reacties niet. Heb nog nooit problemen gehad met booking.com. Alles netjes geregeld, en als je annuleert binnen een week (vaak paar dagen) je geld weer terug op je rekening.
