Walgreens Tracking Order Status

The best pharmacy experience is at 3575 Boston road in the Bronx, this is due to the efficiency of Staff and one of the most considerate and caring pharmacists I have the pleasure to meet..Aisha (not sure if I got the spelling correct) but even during routine visits to the store I can hear her helping others.. Walgreens needs to hire her to train all their pharmacists..especially in customer care..she is definitely an upgrade from the others not only in Walgreens but cvs etc.. this is someone who enjoys helping others

I have been using walgreens since my kids were little, and even know years later continued. Just last month I went and refilled my thyroid medication like I always have. Well today I attempted to do the same and was told they no longer get accept the type of bcbs insurance I have. Wow, really! Guess they just lost a loyal customer.

Nearly every time I come to Walgreens they are still filling prescriptions a full day after I request a refill or they can’t find the prescription and have to search high and low for it

1. The app is incompetent and has been for years. Many bugs. The latest achievement: it ordered a prescription for me that I did not order. Not the end of the world, but hilarious. 2. When you sign in, it send you a code to your phone (a routine procedure). It used to work, but not anymore. I had to resort to an alternative authentication. 3. I cannot cancel the prescription that the app erroneously ordered for me

After a bad experience in the photo dept at Walmart I went to Walgreen. The young lady in that dept, Lindsey could not have been more helpful! She was cheerful, kind, pleasant and professional. She worked with me for at least 45 minutes and never complained. She even found me a half off coupon to use on my order. You have a real asset in Lindsey. I hope she is recognized and compensated by the company. She is a gem. All my photo needs will be done with Lindsey! Thank you Judy L Young

I am a doordasher and every time I go into Walgreens they have been super helpful, helping me find the items when I cannot find them myself. Especially Bryan! He is very kind and always happy and willing to help. Thank you so much! 🙂

I praise Walgreens for the 8a-10p pharmacy hours, love it! My complaint is with the app. I get updates telling me my refill is ready or there is an issue & when I try to go into the app to see further I can't. I try to sign-in & always get "We have experienced an error try again later". I have to call & take up time on hold trying to get jnfo from personnel I could have gotten on my own. 3/27/23 I went to the chat hoping to let someone know the issue & guess what? I got the same error message "We are experiencing an error connecting you, try again in a few minutes". Walgreens, you are a multi-million dollar company can we not do better technology wise? Please?

Insulin not eligible for delivery not even for same day delivery. All of my medicine can be delivered except for my insulin. Not very convenient. Paying $6 to get all my meds delivered but one can't be delivered the one I actually need. Not convenient if you cannot walk or no way of getting it yourself.

The Walgreens on 137 and 88th st is amazing. The pharmacy staff is extremely helpful. They all work hard to help from the young girl behind the counter named Kristen who always has a huge smile and is so helpful to the pharmacists who work there. I’m always grateful to the whole staff for consistently helping me.
