Last Bloomingdales Reviews from

At Bloomingdale’s home department customer service was outstanding. I was so pleased with the service I received from the department manager(Marjan) and her co-worker (Paul) . They went above and beyond to help us to find the perfect item and I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received. Thanks Marjan❤️

I like their service and the speed they ship and process orders. I always check them for anything I’m looking for and I’m never disappointed here. Keep up the good work guys

One of the last great department stores where you can enjoy a 5* shopping experience that can take all day. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants and great quality brands.

Made my order on Sunday and receive my order on Thursday. they send my order by USPS not UPS, although the link they send is a UPS link. I did see lots of bad reviews about missing packages and it did not happen to me. I received my Rakuten cashback within 2 days after I made the order. Overall the web is fine as my order is around 100 dollars not really expensive.

I have never had a problem with them. When I did return shoes last year I got a refund email same day shoes were received back to them. Never sat on hold for over 3mins. Plus I get to use 2day shipping through shop runner. So with my experience I highly recommend shopping at bloomingdales online.

When shopping, this company needs tons of work with its e-commerce sector. However, Instore shopping is a breeze.

I love Bloomingdale and always shop from their store. Only I’m not too fond of their store hours. They close an hour before the mall’s regular timing.

Excellent service. Speedy delivery. Orders are packaged well. Highly recommend.

I cannot believe all these bad reviews! I think something is off. Every purchase I made online I’ve received really fast and if I had an issue it got resolved immediately. I don’t understand I’m really surprised by the bad reviews

I would recommend it!
