We love Panera Bread and go quite often. Recently however we have sworn off of bread and are trying desperately to lose some weight. Me, not my wife, she is perfect. At any rate I suggested Panera Bread and she agreed. For the first time in my life I tried the Mediterranean Warm Bowl and a cup of creamy tomato soup. Well, by the time the flavor hit my throat I was absolutely shocked and angry. This was the best tasting food I think I have ever experienced! And, I had not taken a bite of the tomato yet!! Seriously, it felt so good to be eating healthy and having such an amazing flavor! I did become a tad angry because anything that tastes this good just can't be good for you. However, I feel good, loved the meal etc. ONE HUGE complaint is when I tried to tell this story to Panera's corporate office they were completely ignorant of helping people. They tried to sell me a membership and get credit card information et. THAT IS STUPID. Just listen to us, duh! You were getting the best review for flavorful food you have ever gotten and you were busy trying to capture more data! That is less then professional or honest. You would have gotten 5 stars if corporate wasn't so dumb....

Panera Bread is nothing less than perfection. The atmosphere is welcoming and comforting which makes it the perfect place to reconnect with yourself after a long day. Panera appeals to all crowds and is one of my favorite places to spend time with my close friends. The workers are always friendly and the service is extremely quick. All the food is worth trying. The classic tomato soup is a delicacy that could never be recreated. The smooth texture compliments the dense and warm bread bowl it is served in. This meal however, is not complete without a crispy grilled cheese. This meal is perfect for all ages. I've also enjoyed the Baja Bowl. The friendship between warm, spiced chickpeas mixed with cold vegetables is a pleasant experience. In perfect harmony, avocado, beans, corn, quinoa, brown rice and dressing is mixed in. All these flavors explode in your mouth and leave you satisfied, but craving more. The Panera Experience is not complete without a Charged Lemonade. These lemonades are filled with caffeine which fills your body with power. These lemonades have gotten me through days where I had six hours of school straight into four hours of basketball. Not only do they hold so much power, they have a large variety of flavors that reach everyone's needs. In order to try as much as you can, Panera offers a "You Pick Two" option. This allows you to get half two items. Panera gives a generous half, leaving you extra to share or take home. You also are given the option of salty chips or a crisp apple. The Panera Bread experience is one that everyone should have in their lifetime.

On February 11, 2023 my husband and I each ordered a cup of Chicken Noodle Soup to go with out sandwiches. The soup was very thin. It tasted watered down. I have never tasted a Panera Bread soup as bad as this one tasted. I was very disappointed. If we had lived closer to the restaurant, I would have returned it and gotten my money back.

Waited a little bit for the food, but the young man that made us sandwich honestly made the best sandwich I’ve ever had at Panera! Hunter at the Plainville location in Massachusetts is awesome thank you!!!

Hello I ordered a Avocado, egg white spinach on a grain sprout bagel, I got a I believe Bacon, scrambled egg with cheese on a brioche bread. I was ok, I though I ordered wrong, but I checked my mobile order it was the one I ordered. I love Panera, and respect all the worker, just have to be more careful, what if I was a vegetarian. Wanted to have less calories and no meat. Thank you.

Too high of a cost for a wrong order. Lunch: $18.00 - half salad (BBQ chicken) decent size... served with NO Dressing? Cup of cheese and broccoli soup... good flavor but HUGE lack of broccoli, mostly cheese. Get the "free" with order... choose; apple, baguette or something else... chose apple... NOPE. what i got was a ripped in half Baggette, with the soft insides scraped out? I don't eat bread, but that was disgusting. Probably wont go there again... $18 .... can I get a take back??

Today, I go in to order the sausage and pepperoni flat bread pizza. Kelli took my order but fail to tell me that they no longer serve the flatbread with sausage. i called back to speak with the Manager Violet. She acts like there is nothing wrong. Train the workers on items. If an item is discontinued, inform the customers and don't be rude about it

I was very impressed with Luis at Mesa AZ Panera Bread on Signal Butte. He took my order for four dozen chocolate chip cookies on Tuesday Dec.6 to be picked up the next morning. I said I needed them individually wrapped and he remembered me from a few months back. He asked his manager and they agreed to do it. Many of the staff that I take these to have dealt with Covid and they’re very cautious about what they eat. He couldn’t have been more helpful!

My husband and I (Seniors) visit the Panera in Spokane Valley daily. We joined the sip club and enjoy getting our hot coffee or refreshing ice tea and sodas there. Ari, Jen,Sam,Grace and Olivia always have a smile and great attitude when we drive through. Their smiles can change a bad day to a sunny day! When we order food, it is delicious and made to order ! We get good service from everyone there but the ones above that I mentioned are exceptional!
