Last Amazon Reviews from Trustpilot

We are Amazon customers for many years and I can only say that they have the best ever customer service I have ever experienced. And we order a lot! And by that I mean we get packages from Amazon almost daily! Even though sometimes there is a problem, but I always can reach customer service, and they are always friendly and workout my return or issue a refund with no problem at all. Can´t believe the many negative reviews on here. I cannot complain and love to order at Amazon!

As a matter of fact, amazon had been quite satisfying since I first used their services years ago. Though, the past few years I find quite annoying their borderline policy about delivery date. There was a time when that delivery date was fixed. Now it changes even in previously received mails. The only way to keep track of their promises is to make a screenshot. The most irritating things is that every time you write to complain about undelivered items and warn other users, amazon refuse your review. They even remind you stupidly that your review should focus on the item quality. How are you supposed to do that without even receiving the item ?

Goede producten. Bezorgdienst enorm vriendelijk. Ze bellen als ik niet thuis ben en komen later terug om het pakketje opnieuw te bezorgen. Vragen hoelaat ik terug thuis ben zodat ik het pakketje kan aanpakken.

Love Amazon. Never had a bad experience

Always a pleasure to buy from here, bought tons of items from their website over the years.

Mission: Package Tracking - A Deep Dive into Amazon's Delivery Dynamics
Brief Overview of Amazon as an E-commerce Platform
Amazon is a global e-commerce giant that has transformed the way people shop online. Founded in 1994 by Jeff Bezos, Amazon initially began as an online bookstore but quickly expanded its offerings to include various products and services. Today, Amazon's extensive catalog comprises electronics, clothing, home goods, and more, making it a one-stop-shop for millions of customers worldwide.
The platform's success is largely attributed to its customer-centric approach, which includes competitive pricing, a vast selection of products, and a focus on user experience. Amazon also offers services such as Amazon Prime, which provides subscribers with free shipping, streaming content, and access to exclusive deals.
Importance of Tracking Packages and Parcels from Amazon
Online shopping can be both convenient and exciting, but the anticipation of receiving your package can also lead to anxiety. That's where package tracking comes into play. Tracking your Amazon order provides several benefits, including:
- Peace of Mind: Knowing where your package is and when it's expected to arrive can alleviate stress and prevent confusion.
- Planning: Tracking your package allows you to plan accordingly, ensuring someone is available to receive it or making alternative arrangements if necessary.
- Problem Resolution: In case of any issues with the delivery, such as delays or lost packages, tracking information can help you quickly identify the problem and contact the relevant parties to resolve it.
- Enhanced Customer Experience: Tracking your Amazon order enhances the overall shopping experience by keeping you informed and providing a sense of control over the delivery process.
Introduction to Amazon Tracking, Amazon Order Number, Amazon Order Tracking, and Amazon Track Order
When you place an order on Amazon, you'll receive several pieces of information to help you track and manage your shipment. These include:
- Amazon Tracking Number: Also known as a package tracking number, this is a unique identifier assigned to your package by the shipping carrier. It allows you to track the progress of your shipment from the moment it leaves the Amazon warehouse to the point it reaches your doorstep. Amazon tracking numbers typically consist of letters and numbers and vary in length depending on the carrier.
- Amazon Order Number: This is a unique identifier assigned by Amazon to your specific order. It is different from the tracking number and is primarily used for internal reference and communication with Amazon's customer service. You can find your Amazon order number in your order confirmation email, as well as in your account's order history.
- Amazon Order Tracking: This refers to the process of monitoring the progress of your package throughout the shipping process. By using the Amazon tracking number provided by the carrier, you can access real-time updates on your package's location, estimated delivery date, and any potential delays.
- Amazon Track Order: This is a feature on Amazon's website and mobile app that allows you to track your order directly from your account. To use Amazon Track Order, log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and click on the specific order you'd like to track. From there, you can view the current status of your package, as well as access detailed tracking information from the shipping carrier.
By understanding these key terms and features, you can easily track your Amazon package and stay informed about its progress from the moment it's shipped to when it arrives at your doorstep.
Understanding Amazon Tracking Numbers and Order Status
To efficiently manage and track your Amazon shipments, it's essential to understand how tracking numbers and order statuses work. This section will provide a comprehensive explanation of these components, helping you gain a better understanding of your Amazon orders.
Explanation of Amazon Tracking Numbers (Package Tracking Numbers)
An Amazon tracking number, also known as a package tracking number, is a unique identifier assigned to your package by the shipping carrier. This number allows both you and the carrier to monitor the shipment's progress throughout the delivery process. Typically, a tracking number consists of a combination of letters and numbers and varies in length depending on the carrier.
When your package is shipped, Amazon will send you an email containing the tracking number and the carrier's name. You can use this information to track your package on the carrier's website or through Amazon's order tracking feature. The tracking number provides real-time updates on your package's location, estimated delivery date, and any potential delays.
Difference Between Amazon Tracking Numbers and Amazon Order Numbers
It's crucial to distinguish between Amazon tracking numbers and Amazon order numbers, as they serve different purposes and cannot be used interchangeably.
An Amazon tracking number is assigned by the shipping carrier and is specifically used to track your package throughout the delivery process. It is unique to each shipment and provides real-time updates on the package's progress.
On the other hand, an Amazon order number is assigned by Amazon to identify a specific order within their system. This number is unique to each order placed on the platform and is primarily used for communication with Amazon's customer service and internal reference. The order number cannot be used to track a package, and attempting to do so will result in an error.
In summary, the Amazon tracking number is used to track your package, while the Amazon order number is used for communication with Amazon regarding your order.
How to Find Your Amazon Tracking Number
There are several ways to find your Amazon tracking number:
- Order Confirmation Email: When your order is shipped, Amazon will send you an email containing the shipping carrier's name and your package tracking number. This email will have a subject line like "Your Amazon.com order has shipped."
- Your Amazon Account: You can also find your tracking number in your Amazon account. Log in, click on "Your Orders," and locate the specific order you want to track. The tracking number should be listed under the "Track Package" button or in the "Order Details" section.
- Amazon Mobile App: If you're using the Amazon mobile app, log in, tap the "Menu" icon, and select "Your Orders." Find the order you want to track, and the tracking number should be displayed under the "Track Package" button or in the "Order Details" section.
Understanding Amazon Order Status and Its Various Stages
An Amazon order goes through several stages before it reaches your doorstep. Understanding these stages can help you track your order and anticipate its arrival. Here are the main stages of Amazon order status:
- Order Received: This status indicates that Amazon has received your order, but it hasn't been processed yet. You can still make changes or cancel the order at this stage.
- Preparing for Shipment: At this stage, your order is being prepared for shipping. Amazon is gathering the items, packaging them, and preparing them for pickup by the shipping carrier. You can no longer cancel or make changes to the order.
- Shipped: Your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and you'll receive an email containing the tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website or Amazon's tracking feature.
- Out for Delivery: This status means that your package is on its way to your delivery address and should arrive soon. You can expect the delivery to occur within the carrier's estimated delivery window.
- Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered to the designated address. You should receive an email confirmation from Amazon notifying you of the delivery.
- Delivery Attempted: If the carrier attempted to deliver your package but was unable to do so, the status will be updated to "Delivery Attempted." Reasons for a failed delivery may include an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or other logistical issues. In such cases, the carrier will typically attempt another delivery or leave instructions for you to retrieve the package.
- Problem with Delivery: If there's an issue with the delivery, such as a lost or damaged package, the status will be updated to "Problem with Delivery." In this situation, you should contact Amazon's customer service or the shipping carrier for further assistance.
By understanding these various stages of Amazon order status, you can effectively track your package and anticipate its arrival. Additionally, you can take timely action to address any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

Tips for Locating Your Amazon Tracking Number
Amazon provides tracking numbers for most of its shipments, allowing customers to follow their package's progress. Here are some tips for finding your Amazon tracking number:
- Check your order confirmation email: Amazon sends an order confirmation email shortly after you place an order. This email usually includes your order details, including the tracking number if it is available at the time of the order.

Remember that not all Amazon orders will have tracking numbers, especially for smaller items or those shipped by third-party sellers. However, most orders will have some form of tracking or delivery confirmation available.
Where to Find a Reliable Package Tracker
Once you have your Amazon tracking number, you can use a package tracker to follow your shipment's progress. There are several reliable package trackers available:

Some popular third-party tracking websites include 17track.net (or Track 17) and ParcelsApp (or ParcelApp). Step-by-step Guide on How to Track a Package Online
- Locate your tracking number: Once your Amazon order has shipped, you should receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. This number can also be found in the order details section of your Amazon account.
- Visit the carrier's website or a package tracking service: Depending on the carrier handling your shipment (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL), visit their official website or use an online package tracking service like 17track.net or ParcelsApp. These services allow you to track packages from multiple carriers in one place.
- Enter your tracking number: On the carrier's website or package tracking service, input your tracking number into the appropriate field and click the "Track" button.
- Monitor your package's progress: The website will provide you with detailed tracking information, including the current location of your package and the estimated delivery date. Continue to monitor your package's progress to stay updated on its status.
- Set up notifications: Many carriers and tracking services offer the option to receive email or SMS notifications when there are updates to your package's status. Consider setting up these notifications to stay informed about your shipment's progress in real-time.
How to Find Your Package in Real-Time
While the tracking information provided by carriers and package tracking services is typically up-to-date, there may be slight delays in the data depending on the carrier and shipping service. Nevertheless, these resources generally provide accurate, near real-time information on your package's progress.
To find your package in real-time, follow the steps outlined above and monitor your package's progress using the carrier's website or an online package tracking service. Keep in mind that tracking updates may be less frequent for international shipments, and the level of detail provided may vary depending on the carrier and shipping service.
Additionally, consider setting up notifications to receive real-time updates on your package's status. These notifications can alert you to any potential issues or delays in the shipping process, allowing you to address them promptly and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
