Track Canpar Packages & Parcels

My packages arrived on time and in good condition. From what I've read, Canpar gets a bad rap... My experiences have been good .

What made my experience great was the fact that the driver called me before dropping off the package and made arrangements with me to drop it off at the drop off location for me to pick up because i wasnt home at the time. I have never had a driver make sure i was home no matter how big or small my package was. I would love to say thank you to that amazing driver!!!

Package arrived undamaged, customer service when I called was, helpful and polite. Package arrived when customer service said it would. My experience was very good. Being a big package, with weight to it.. Regards V.

I have been shipping with Canpar (Lachine, Quebec) for 4 years now. We never had a problem. The drop off is very easy because you can drive up directly to the front door. They even have a chain so you can keep the door open without someone having to hold it open. The service is excellent. My wife and I (we are in our 70's) drop off heavy boxes at least once a week. The boxes can weight up to 100 LBS. We never had to remove them from our vehicle. Jean and Gordon would do that for us. If you have lots of boxes you can drive your vehicle right into the warehouse and have them unloaded and scanned. We drop off boxes at many carriers and this is the only one that ever came out to help us. Plus with the others delivery is more complicated. Purolator drop offs involve going to a Bureau En Gros and waiting in line. At UPS the same thing. I don't usually wait with Canpar. We have nothing but good things to say about Canpar and their employees. Deliveries are on time and their prices are much better than their competition.
