I cant complain. Truck was OK and service a breeze. Price could be lower.

Great experience. Mich better than expected. The staff was attentive, helpful and made the experience of renting a truck for 24 hours a joy. David was a real star, really impressed me and Roy and Anaya all really went above and beyond. If I need another truck rental I will be going back to U-Haul and hope David and the gang are there.

horrible experience so far .... let's see if they end up making it right otherwise I am disputing the charge through my bank (something I have never ever done in my whole life) Edit: changed my review from 1 star to 5. they promptly resolved the problem and now I feel comfortable doing business with them again in the future.

Our experience with the U-Haul Box service was pretty good. They had the most affordable rates then similar services we reviewed. We requested a box be placed at a home near Chicago which then was shipped to Tacoma, all went smooth. They contacted us a couple of times in advance to confirm dropoff and pickup location, date and time for each location. I experienced good customer service and they charged us what they said they would charge us from the start. Although I was a little confused about possible double billing at one time, I was receiving texts messages saying parts of the bill had been paid, then a couple of days later an email link showing payment was still do, so this type of confusion is something they need to address. I was able to confirm payments were already made and received after calling customer service. We were surpised how much these little units can hold, and how quick box was shipped to it's new location. We are very pleased with our experience.

So far called uhaul said hold box truck, only asked me valid u.s. drivers license, credit card, how many miles drive vehicle, how long needed vehicle, finally ask me needed insurance case get into accident, Hertz 2 wks no rental cars talk about drama, even reservation cause not get any cars locations, 5-7 days 1 vehicle plus deposit $200 plus don't have any vehicles available why think uhaul fyi extend rental eg weekly rate case extra 5 days instead Hertz 0 cars best bet go make reservation uhaul first come first served.

We were very nervous using UHaul’s UBox service given all of the negative reviews. But I’m glad we went ahead anyway as it was a great experience. All went smoothly. They delivered the box on time with minimal damage. It was an easy process with no hiccups of note.

The staff at the Brookhaven Georgia location is wonderful. Michael the general manager handled 7 people ahead of me with overwhelming professionalism. I had been sent to three different places and was beginning to lose hope but he saved the day! I highly recommend this location.

I have recently experienced an ultimate customer service from Uhaul in Los Angeles. In Granada Hills, CA to be specific. I had lost the key to the truck when we have dropped it off. We searched everywhere, for almost 2 hrs we could not find it. Jorge, the man who works at the counter, was with me almost 2 hours trying to find the key.. long story short, he wanted to help me, genuinely. Even though we did not find the key, I have alot of respect for the patience and the care Uhaul took for me.
