on March 15 2023 I had the pleasure of speaking with Zach on the phone, not only was he very sweet but also very helpful. Not only did he grant my request for a delivery for the same day at 3:00pm. he also had the piece made and delivered within 30 min. with a picture of the delivery. He went above and beyond for me. Thank you for the amazing service and the delicious fruit, the receiver was so happy.

A little pricey but delivered was promised, fresh and delicious. Worth it to give something special for any occasion. We got the Delicious Daisy Dipped Strawberries.

I received a beautiful and delicious fruit platter on Tuesday! I was not expecting the gift and Terrance, the delivery gentleman was determined to make his delivery. He called twice and texted me. Because I didn't recognize the number, I ignored the calls. When I read the text, there he was, waiting for me to deliver the treat! Thank you Terrance!

My delivery went missing when I went to pick it up. Jacob at Edible Arrangements in Lubbock Texas was just wonderful. He made sure that another delivery was sent out promptly, and even included some extra cupcakes. He went above and beyond and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Jacob

My mother lives in Riverview, FL so for her birthday every year I always order her the chocolate covered strawberries and bananas from the local Edible Arrangements! Always great quality fruit, beautiful presentation…. I’ll be a lifelong customer!

I went to the Broad Street, Augusta, GA store in person to place an order for a thank you gift for my rehab team. I told the person taking the order that it had to arrive by 10:30 at the very latest on the Monday following my order, as the rehab site closed at 11:00. She told me that it should be no problem as they prioritize business orders. I stated that I didn't want to hear "should be no problem," I wanted to hear that it would be delivered on time. I asked her to write it on the order so that everyone involved with the delivery would know. She said she did so. On the Monday of the delivery, I received an email stating that the delivery was a success, but the email was sent at 11:56. When I replied to the email asking if it had been delivered by 10:30, I received this reply, "After reviewing your order, I see this was marked as delivered by the store at 11:56 AM. Per our delivery policy, we cannot guarantee any time requested deliveries." Well, they sure promised it to me. It turns out that, unbeknownst to me, the rehab staff had an after-hours training session that day, so serendipitously they were able to receive the delivery while it was still fresh and good. That is the only reason I feel comfortable giving four stars. They delivered on the day promised and the item was exactly as ordered. However, they should probably train staff better on delivery policies.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries as a part of my bridesmaid proposals. But they were arranged as flowers...i think it was called bundle of berries. SO pretty and adorable! They loved it. -Shipping was on time -Customer service was great Overall very satisfied. I just wish it was availble in more towns but seems i can only order for friends and family in select postal codes. Thanks!!

I received a fruit n flower arrangements on a Saturday. It was wonderful!!The fruit was delicious, fresh , cold and tasted great. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. I don't understand all neg reviews. Maybe quality is store by store and not nationwide. I have nothing negative to say . 5 stars
