I have a pre-pay plan that works for me. The only way to get any customer service is to go to my store. If you call you will be on the phone for a very long time. My first experience at the ATT store was awful. I purchased a new smart phone, my first one, and the man that waited on me told me that he could not transfer my phone numbers. He also didn't show me anything about the phone. I called the next day and talked to someone else and she told me to come back to the store and she would help me. I went in and she was very nice and helpful. I also talked to the manager of the store and made a complaint about my first experience. If I need anything I always call ahead and make sure that the woman who helped me is there. It seems that there is not a lot of good customer service at a lot of stores these days.

I got there at 10am, there was a man and a woman working, the woman welcomed me but the man said nothing to me even though he walked right by me twice. The woman was friendly and waited on me after she got done putting a screen protector on a customers phone. I was picking up my new phone that I bought on the AT&T website. After we were done she thanked me and told me to have a good day. The man said nothing as I walked past him on the way out. I hate to say this but the 3 times I have been in that store it has been an unpleasant experience. All 3 times it has been different employes working.

In October I switched from Google Fiber to AT&T Uverse internet service for the only reason they were offering me a $300-$400 reward. Well I never received it despite the fact that when I applied for it online they told me it would go to my wallet. When I didn't receive it i went to my local AT&T and a manager told me it was on its way. I never got it. Plus their internet service turned out to be a lot more expensive that they told me. I definitely should have stayed with Google Fiber! I also found out that they have been charging my monthly phone bill with $6.00 for a service I never asked for (earlier phone upgrade). Pay attention, AT&T will rip you off!

At&T employee Lakisha Defreese at the Wilson At&t store was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I was so happy that she provided my service. She should train people on how to provide excellent customer service. She is also knowledgeable. I would recommend you give her a raise and keep her. It is very, very, very hard to find quality employees. Treat the ones you have right. I want to thank her again for her excellent service.

I am clueless with technology, but Erich at your Aliso Viejo store was fabulous yesterday with turning on my new Apple iPhone, connecting my old phone info and setting up my iPad to connect everything up for me! My old phone was dead,really dead as it had been dropped into a pool of water. Fortunately, Erich decided to try the SIM card and wa-la…….it all came together. So please reach out to Erich and thank him for helping a 72 year old lady have the greatest day in months!👍

I’m a t- mobile customer that switched over to AT&T. I'm very proud to say that I’m with AT&T now. All you parents out there that needs a reliable service, wow happy to said that this so far haven’t had any issues. I’ve called from places that my other service can’t connect. Now! that is very important ,for families that have kids. 10 out of 10 stars for me. I wasn’t sure at first but man , for the job I do, I needed this service that I didn’t know about, now you know so! come join us at AT&T for better service. Very professional. Thank you.
