Just bought a wedge pillow at a good price from the Abbotsford store, but the best part of shopping today was the sales associate, named Casandra. Very nice, problem solver and delivered with patience.

Thank God Bath Bed and Beyond have still not outsourced or at least curb it. My experiences with customer service have been great and they have understood and resolved ordering issues. Stores really need to realize that American customers are unique in what they expect. K have stopped ordering from multiple stores due to rudeness, un comprehension and refusal off outsourced representatives to understand that I am entitled to to good shopping experience as well as to speak to supervisors. Bed Bath and Beyond Representative resolved my issue without making it a one hour back and force saga of misunderstanding. I DO hope they stop getting involved in politics and start carrying “ My Pillow” those are the only pillows we want and use. Thank you!

BBB was once a store with a large number of products somewhere between 'aha and this is clever.' The store was a newer splash in the brick and mortar groups found all over the state; however, the clowns in Amazon and Walmart have taken aim and nearly obliterated the youngest on the block. Too bad, as it was a breath of fresh air to the stale malls; now destined to be a memory of the past. The store in my area are barely stocked with vacant shelves and products stretched thin to cover the glaring white shelves. Say it 'ain't so, as the online clods seem to complain about everything if the get a product packaged in China. Somehow this is their just comeupance. They wanted cheap and lazy; this is what they have. Too bad. The store will be missed.
