I recently booked a 24 hour parcel delivery service, by Royal Mail, from Newcastle to Buckinghamshire. The delivery man came one day at 0955, together with a label, & the parcel was received at 1010 on the following day. Not only was I impressed with the service but the cost too.

I never have any problems with Royal Mail. I know not everyone has a positive experience like me. I always use Royal Mail when possible and everything arrives on time in perfect condition. All the post persons in our area are really nice and friendly. Very happy with Royal Mail. Also I have positive experiences with other postal companies. Never ever had a problem with any of them.

Friendly and competent service at the Post Office counter; up to date tracking information that was easy to follow, and speedy on-time delivery. After the bad press the Post Office has received, it's good to appreciate the amazing teams who work for them. Keep up the amazing job you do!!
