What a great experience! If you have junk call 1-800-GOT-JUNK today!! I have never used a junk removal service prior to today. Andrew and Rafael were the two gentleman who showed up to remove my junk. Just as it says, literally you point, and they take it away. They were so kind and considerate, and very conscientious of, not only my home, but the building in which I live in. I was so stressed out over the whole removal process, but the two of them made it so easy. Not to mention the fact, when they stepped off the elevator, not knowing I was going to be standing at my door to greet them, the first thing I noticed were their smiles. If that doesn’t make you feel comfortable from the get-go, I don’t know what does. What a great way to start a day! There are many other companies out there that offer junk removal; they may be more or less expensive, but based on my experience today, great customer service overrides everything! I will recommend and use their services from now on! I don’t know if you will find another company that has people as courteous and expeditious as 1-800-GOT-JUNK! THANK YOU ANDREW AND RAFAEL!
