I suggest that people buy 1MD products through Amazon, so Amazon will deal with 1MD if there is a problem with product charges, deliveries, or refunds. It sounds like customers may still need to keep their packaging even when purchasing through Amazon.

Okay! I've just started taking this product for almost 30 days. What I have notice is... my sciatic nerve symptoms are at minimal. I don't have excruciating pain in my leg that shots up from my calf to my buttock. I know there are different herbal Milk Thistle and other ingredients such as turmeric along with black pepper. I know those 3 combined ingredients works wonders for my pain. As far as my liver, I have to report back next month is my annual physical. Looking forward to the results. I will update you. Oh, this is my second order, and I have lost weight but that be also with my metamucil as long as it working for me, I will keep using. My second bottle is on it's way.
