Lang ventetid fra man sender afsted til at den modtages på laboratoriet. For mig lidt over én måned, men derefter går det hurtigt og det er ventetiden værd. Ialt 7 uger. Meget tilfreds med resultat og hjemmeside - kundeservice er 50/50 om man får hjælp eller ej.

This company is really fast with getting your results and sometimes they don't get it all at first but updates the results regularly and they become more accurate over time. They have thousands of my relatives and distant relatives and that is 100% accurate. Overall I do feel it was worth the money and I would recommend.

I'm flabbergasted by so many bad reviews. It's like a Karen convention in here!! I used 23andme and while it does not provide any health benefit, the ancestry information is really impressive. Their site is colorful and very easy to get around. I only had to speak with their support customer service once and that was not a fun experience because it seems like their call center is in India and it was like I was talking to a bot. But not a smart bot like chatgpt, more like a bad bot. So, getting back to the good points, their ancestry service is really good. The process was simple, and the results were detailed, breaking down my ethnic background into specific percentages and even showing me some of my distant relatives. It was intriguing to learn about my ancestors origins, and it's given me a deeper appreciation for my heritage. I would recommend 23andme to anyone looking to explore their ancestry. I have since used sequencing.com to sequence my genome and it provides a ton of health information but its ancestry reports are not as good as 23andme. I use 23andme when I have a question about my ancestry and I use sequencing when I have a question about my health. If you want ancestry information, you can't go wrong with 23andme.

I don't feel they deserve so many bad reviews. The collection and research process was transparent. It was even quicker than estimated. The results could have been more detailed, but they make sense.
