Great engineer no hassel service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of a 6 week lead time on booking 👍

Engineers are always good, turn up on time and let you know when they are on their way. Only downside is you can't book a service. You have to wait for them to call to say there is an engineer in your area usually the day before so it isn't always convenient at short notice and you only get 2 or three slots before the winter and then they won't do it.

Appointments for boiler service need to be indicated am or pm A full day waiting in for a 20min service is unacceptable

Engineer that came out to do the boiler service I really couldn't fault. Or, pleasant The constant phone calls from customer services, on the other hand, would be a little annoying if they continue (up to double figures since I entered my details looking for boiler cover insurance). So far, however, they aren't bad, that aside.

Good service from a friendly contractor, job completed efficiently. Not 5 star due to very poor customer service from the main company - far too pushy for feedback, less of a request, more of a demand. 2 emails, a text message and a phone call in the space of a few hours, plus the agent tried to push me into filling in the online form while on the phone. I've made the company aware of this before when the same thing happened when I took out the policy and they said they'll change the way they do this, which they clearly haven't. Great contractor, awful main company
