AirHelp – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The process is so clear that to be honest I did not believe that Airhelp is a real company and I would receive that money. Whenever I received the money I let all my friends know about that. I am your biggest fan except the 35% service fee. It is a bit too much for me :)

Air help handled my case very professionally. I just filled the affected flights details and the rest was handled by Airhelp. Got the refund within several weeks. We are extremely satisfied by their support.

Before using AirHelp, I tried to claim compensation directly via the airline website but they make it extremely difficult and at the end they decline my request. I never would have tried to get compensation for my flight cancellations. AirHelp made it really easy to figure out if I was eligible, and once confirmed basically did all the work to submit and get the funds. Yes you have to give up 35% (guesstimate) of the funds, but I received funds I never thought I was eligible for, and basically did minimal work.
