Shoes fit, arrived next day, were a great price, excellent customer service. I was worried as read reviews on here AFTER I ordered so I emailed them and they responded quickly. Really good; a shame they’ve gone into administration.

Great shoes, and pleasant customer experience as well. I had an issue with a recent purchase, but Sofia at Bromley "the Glades" made the process extremely easy.

The shoes i buy from Aldo are always comfortable and unique in design they don't last that long in wet weather but they are not built for that. overall a happy customer.

Amy in the customer service team at Aldo went above and beyond to provide incredible customer service. It was really remarkable. I had accidentally muddled up the labels as I was posting returns to different retailers. The package was pretty valuable, and Amy emailed me to let me know what had happened. Without even having to ask, Amy arranged for the parcel to be sent back to me. At a time of year that is often a struggle financially, it really meant so much to me that I was able to get this item back. Amy, if you read this, thank you so much for your kindness and incredible service. I will pay it forward :)

Amazing customer service!! I had a problem with a pair of shoes, and a customer service agent named Lucy Guest was wonderful. She was polite, clear and very quick to help and reply back to my emails. She sorted the problem I had quickly and efficiently!! Great customer service!!
