Alexander McQueen – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ordered a cuff bracelet for my husband as a gift for his birthday. It was “one size” but was ridiculously big and no way that he could wear it without losing it. Since I’d ordered early for his birthday, I’d slightly exceeded the 30 days allowed for a refund so I’m now stuck with a £180 bracelet that’s fit for a giant. Won’t purchase from them again.

Bought my first pair of Alexander McQueen‘s last year, even bought a second pair to keep at my home in Florida, and was very disappointed in their customer service. Not only did this particular material dirty quickly, but when we tried various professional cleaning methods, including those from legitimate shoe and sneaker cleaning brands, the shoes continued to discolor, and the heel padding started to omit black stain. Customer service would not support any help in this matter. Recommend to buy your sneakers and shoes from other luxury brands.

Only fault is the length of time customer service take to answer!! Bought my daughter a pair of Mcqueens for Christmas and the sole edging started coming away so sent photos then returned shoes,money returned when they said it would be so ive got to give them credit for that,the fault was a shame as even sending them away you could still smell the new leather smell and my daughter loved them.Sort out the response times and its a good package with my experience.
