First experience with Aosom company. I ordered an electric fireplace which I received by FEDEX in the same week. Unfortunately, one of the support legs was broken. I immediately contacted their customer service who sent me a return label for the product at their expense. The box was picked up the following Monday and the new electric fireplace arrived two days later, on Wednesday. What fantastic customer service. Email communications were quick and efficient. Looks like they have someone who responds to claims immediately. I am beyond impressed with their product and customer service. I will continue to buy from this company because I was more than satisfied with my purchase. Thank you and keep up the good work.
