I was happy with the jacket . But considering I spent over 500 pounds . I thought the delivery charge was a bit too much . Other company’s give free delivery over 70 pounds

If you’re like me and really dislike/avoid spending any time in “beauty” departments of high-end stores but still have a penchant to smell and look good (ethically), I highly recommend Lizzie and/or Andrew at the Liverpool branch of Flannels. Between them, and despite my reservations, they created a totally immersive, tailored shopping experience – effortlessly managing to be sweet and informal while being highly knowledgable and professional (think modern-day Bridget from ‘Pretty Woman’ vibes). Andrew, who represents Le Labo, helped me find a signature scent. I felt like I was in the presence of a real-life Provencal “Nose”. And Lizzie took her time to not only ask if I needed assistance, but to really consider me and my ethical/animal welfare concerns to help me research the perfect blush/highlighter palette. There were no high pressure sales or judgement - just good vibes with good folks. I do hope Flannels/Le Labo appreciate what they have in these representatives. To lose them would be, “A big mistake. Big. Huge!” Side note: It’s a neat store layout too, with the eatery being adjacent to the Beauty Dept., all on the ground floor.
