Our experience at Benson's was very good. We were given time to decide which mattress we liked the best and the sales advisor clearly explained the options for the divan and headboard.

Went to the Tamworth store and was served by Chris- best customer service I've had in years. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress and at no point did I feel like he was just trying to get a sale! Would highly recommend

Salesman was polite and very helpful. He took time to help us find the right mattress to suit us. We didn't feel at all rushed into making a purchase and hopefully we will be pleased when we receive it

All the staff in the Swansea branch were very helpful, polite and friendly. Sara’s knowledge of the products she sells really helped us in deciding which bed is right for us and resulted in a purchase. The same cannot be said of the staff in the Llanelli branch. Not only did they not acknowledge us, but did not offer to help. They preferred to sit down at the desk and talk and drink amongst themselves. Won’t be visiting that branch again.
