I've been using this product for years. I feel that my online devices are safe. Recently I had a question to the customer support and they were efficient, helpful and super kind.

Due to a mistake on my part I was having trouble accessing my account. I had been trying off and on for several days. Finally I contacted the chat line which I'd avoided because I've always believed to get it right you have to talk to a person. Well, the fellow I chatted with handled my situation quickly and with a professional manner that I appreciated. I've been a subscriber for several years and will continue for a long time to come.

Works well as virus protector but if you have additional devices added to your account there will be confusion when renewals are due. Support is good, real person on phone sorting issues fast.
