Blurams – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Inferior product, with friendly customer service that’s of no help. I bought two of their home cameras, and not one of them would pair with my Wi-Fi despite speaking with customer service twice. Returned them, and bought a Tapo brand for even less $ that paired immediately, and works well.

"Smart" doorbell that doesn't even detect a visitor even when they're pressing the doorbell button, let alone not picking up anything based on people approaching. But the product inadequacies pale into insignificance compared to the absolute disregard their virtually non-existent customer service have for their customers. For 5 months they still haven't sorted out my faulty smart doorbell and I have spent hours and hours even trying to get them to respond. If you were thinking about buying a Blurams product, think again I implore you!
