I purchased several brush sets as Christmas and birthday gifts for friends. The purchasing process was very easy - great customer service follow up and the boxes arrived very quickly. The brushes look and feel luxurious - beautifully packaged and I can't wait to hear what my friends think. I'm jealous!

The site allows you to see the prices in a select number of currencies, which is very useful! They're also active and responses on their Instagram (currently unverified) are usually very fast. I haven't tried any email customer support yet, so I can't vouch for that.

I finally bought these at their end of summer sale. I’d been wanting to try them out since their official Instagram account followed me a few months back, then unfollowed by them (highly likely a marketing strategy lol), but until more reviews came out (like actually being featured in British Vogue and other publications), I was holding off despite wanting to try them ASAP. The brushes themselves: just as described: very dense, beautiful, high quality brushes and blending sponge! The kabuki brush is so dense, it’s amazing for buffing out and gently tapping on liquid foundation, or gently stamping on baked gelee formula powders. Be warned: it is extremely dense, so it WILL absorb a lot of liquid foundation! The eye brushes perform just as well—I especially like the blending brush and the precision brush with the short, straight bristles; my eyeshadows go where I want them to go, and the blending brush just does the job without the bristles trying to poke your skin. The angled cheek brush: this is SO soft on my cheeks and face! I love using my pressed and loose powders with this brush. The packaging: I bought the set as it was more economical than buying smaller sets/individual products. Could this get any more fancy?! Definitely perfect for a present for someone else or you (no judgements here). The box itself came in paper wrapping, and a simple twine or jute ribbon. It folds out to all the brushes having their own hollowed out space, and the lid describes each brush and what it’s used for. The packaging/box is recyclable, but I feel bad for wanting to tear it into pieces to fit my local community’s recycling rules. A couple of the eye brushes fell out of their hollows during transport, but that’s not an issue at all since it was an international order, and they didn’t use any unnecessary plastic to hold the brushes in place (in line with their vegan/cruelty free stance). The handles on the brushes feel so luxurious. Though not a professional, I’m a believer in using brushes with makeup as much as possible (some products work better with fingers/hands), and I look forward every morning to doing my makeup.

Fast delivery, good quality brushes and I love the velvet brush handles. The packaging was the icing on the cake to be fair. Would highly recommend especially if you want to gift it to someone. I got the kabuki and cheek blush brushes and highly recommend those
