I ordered my Bt broadband on the 23rd of April 2023, Bt gave me a date when it would arrive very pleased it arrived from Royal Mail on time without any damage, read the instructions which are included in the box after reading it I fixed it up myself without any trouble very pleased with the product. Absolutely love BT- went with another provider for a year and then came back. Their service is excellent, never had more than 1-2 issues tops per year with drops which I consider as good as it can get. I willingly paid through the nose when FullFibre 900 was new, just due a renewal and the customer loyalty team couldn't get the new customer price for me on the system so Taylor spent time setting a new contract to activate on the day my current deal ends. Sure it'll interrupt service for a day but it'll save me 50%. Wouldn't go to anyone else if they keep up this level of customer and broadband service.

Interested in these reviews because I have moved from XLN to BT and its light and day. Full fibre is totally amazing. The service has been great from start to finish, and the end result is over 400meg download for less that £40...
