My order came out to me incomplete. I contacted the company via email expecting a long wait for a response and questions around the authenticity of my order. They came back to me straight away with apologies and a promise that it would be rectified and sent out with a courier. It was with me the very next day. Excellent customer service and I would definitely buy from this company again and recommend.
