Purchasing from Cesdeals was a surprisingly good experience. I did not expect the high level of communication through their website/email link. Tracking information was readily available, and the status of the package was very clear. The contents of the package was reiterated with each tracking check. The package went out the door quickly.

I had ordered a WiFi DVR for my trike, front and rear cameras and handlebar DVR mount. One of the cameras failed within a week. I contacted CesDeals, and worked through the necessary troubleshooting, and subsequently remitted photos demonstrating just where the problem lie. I got email confirmation from "Freddie" that a new unit would be shipped, and it indeed was, free of charge. Great customer service after the sale. I am and intend to be a long standing customer. Four stars only because of the failed camera, otherwise five stars on the customer service.

I’m was happy about the shipping and order process. Also, was happy about the item. Even though I had two that broke. It is a good beginners choice to learn.
