Up date: Once they answered the phone, everything was taken care of and then some.
On June 7th I put in for my second order with the company, thinking that since I received my first order, I should get the second one as well. Well it is now July 10th and I still have yet to receive my package and my patience has run thin, I also have been battling their customer service system for about 3 weeks until I was finally able to speak to a customer service rep named Judah, Who was able to help me get my package. Other than this hiccup I am going to utilize Cigars International for my cigar needs.
This place is absolutely amazing! We have been ordering from them, since last year (online). I saw that they had a location in the town I was visiting (Bethlehem, PA) so I decided to stop in. Janine (I so hope I remembered how to spell her name properly) was incredible! One of the top customers service experiences I’ve ever had. I left with many selections that I’m sure we’ll love AND made friends! One of the regulars, shared bourbon (and great stories). I wish I could buy cigars from her, once I’m home (she’s THAT amazing). I have also had great experiences buying from them online. This was just an entirely different experience.
CI took a hit since covid. Service is better in the last several months. I have used CI for my cigars for years. The last three years have been a little rough. I have always been treated fairly by company.
I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on. 1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!! 2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am 3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen? As well as having a great location in Tampa Bay, which I frequent, with attentive attractive bartenders (I don't drink) that remember your drink when you return.
