Crystal Ski Holidays – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Well organised in both airports and good contact during our stay in resort

They were there to greet us at the airport upon exit from baggage. We stayed at hotel Kashmir in Val Thorens which was very nice and was located very well as well, easy access to lifts and is ski in ski out. Throughout our trip they were checking in and making sure everything was good and whether there was any way to make it better

Booking was slick and transfer efficient, with a lovely Hotel who looked after us on arrival. Our rep Eric was engaging, informative and always present albeit . We had to cancel some of our party owing to sad circumstances, the bookings team we very understanding and efficient to help us navigate the cancellation process and refund policy.

Great holiday from start to finish . Booking process easy and Crystal dealt with problem caused by our original hotel choice closing a week early by offering a similar hotel as replacement which we liked so much that we will definitely go back . Flights and transfers all went smoothly and ski hire was easy and convenient. Great weather and good snow and a hotel right on the piste with a great terrace for relaxing and excellent food .

Not used Crystal in many years but decided to use them to try and keep things simple. Flights ran on time, transfers were slick, no hassle easy ski hire sorted, lift passes organised. Everything as expected including the accommodation. Didn’t need to communicate with them or use their rep as there were no problems. Would book with them again.
