I have 7 EF EcoFlow units, I’ve never had any issues with either one of them. Of course there was a learning curve for me, learning the terminology of the battery talk world. There’s also facebook pages that EF EcoFlow consumers share experiences, recommendations and suggestions. Over all I’m very happy with the EcoFlow products that I’ve purchased, and the 5 year warranty on their products gives you a great peace of mind

Ecoflow has provided me and my family with excellent customer service and communication when it came to any of our orders. The products we received were exceptional and came with a high level of quality, they work well and have never given me any issues. Ecoflow is a brand I know I can trust when it comes to their products and reputation and I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for portable or home power stations.

I'm new to EcoFlow and made my first purchase in May 2023. Shortly after I made my purchase, I discovered that there is a Facebook support group, so I joined it. My experience has been very positive! Anytime I have questions about how to use my product, I just post it and receive assistance from an EcoFlow support staff or other members in the group, usually within 10 minutes! The product is very high quality and I really like how it functions. However, I had an issue with my item being damaged during shipping and PM'd one of the admin team. I received a response the same evening from an admin, who helped me to diagnose my issue and set up an exchange, as well as a prepaid mailing label. The process was very simple and I was so appreciative of the outstanding service! I just received my replacement, so I am happy. I know that if I need assistance with anything, EcoFlow is there to help me and stands by their products. Thank you, EcoFlow!

I've been an EcoFlow customer since the original Delta 1300 (two of which powered both of my refrigerators during the ice storm in 2021 that resulting in a 4+ day outage). I currently have the Smart Home Panel connected to the most important circuits in my house and use it with 2 Delta Pro, 2 Extra Batteries, and two arrays of solar panels to supply ~30% of my total power consumption every day all summer long. In a power outage this setup can support all of the essentials for 24 hours without recharging. I also own the Delta 2, Delta 2 Max, 2 x 110W portable and a 400W portable solar panel. I have tested all of these power stations with 3rd party portable as commercial and residential (rigid) solar panels with great success and in various scenarios (including tent camping with Delta 2 and powering a free standing freezer in the garage using Delta 2 Max). EcoFlow is not a perfect company and there are no perfect products but they have a lot of good people who work hard every day and their support has always taken care of any issues. I've seen many examples of them standing behind the products and resolving customer questions and problems. I've also seen many cases of user error, unrealistic expectations, or lack of understanding around the operation of solar panels and observed members of the user community, group moderators (volunteers), and admins (Ecoflow employees) all working together to assist with issues, questions, troubleshooting, etc. Ecoflow has a large and vibrant user community on Facebook and you won't find that everywhere.

Produkte und AfterSaleService sind super! Hallo, ich schreibe über meine Erfahrungen für die vergangenen 1,5 Jahre, die ich mit EcoFlow gesammelt habe. Mein derzeitiges Setup: - Delta Max 2000 - Blade mit Laubfänger - Wave2 mit Zusatzakku - River2 Aktuell bestellt: - 4x Axis Solartracker - 6x 400Wp feste Solarpanele - Delta2 Max - Delta2 Zusatzakku - PowerStream Mikrowechselrichter - 10x SmartPlugs Ich denke mein Setup sagt alles: ich bin mit den Produkten von EcoFlow sehr zufrieden, mein große aktuelle Bestellung bestätigt das nochmal. Meine bisherigen Produkte funktionieren wie erwartet. Wenn doch mal etwas hakt, ist das EcoFlow dank der großen Facebookgruppe schnell bekannt und Verbesserungen werden dann zumeist mit einer Firmwareaktualisierung bereinigt. Wenn dies einmal nicht möglich ist, wird mit sehr großzügigen Aktionen Abhilfe geleistet. Vor ein paar Monaten gab es ein kleines Problem einer Funktion der River1. Dieses ließ sich nicht via Update beseitigen. Den Kunden die das Gerät daraufhin nicht mehr nutzen wollten, konnten es unkompliziert zurückgeben und erhielten ihr Geld zurück, sehr gut!! Ich persönlich hatte einmal ein Problemchen mit meiner Delta Max. Diese fing an ein Geräusch abzugeben, welches mir vorher nicht aufgefallen ist. Dieses habe ich in der besagten Facebookgruppe zur Diskussion gestellt. Sehr schnell hat sich die Admin meinem Fall angenommen und innerhalb weniger Tage konnte ich das Gerät kostenlos zurücksenden. Daraufhin konnte ich entscheiden, ob ich ein nagelneues Austauschgerät oder die Reparatur wünsche. Da ich erst wenige Ladezyklen hinter mir hatte, entschied ich mich für das neue Gerät, was innerhalb von 1,5 Wochen via DPD zugestellt wurde. Mein nächstes Projekt wird, wie oben beschrieben, die Installation meines Balkonkraftwerk - inklusive Batteriespeicher sein, auf das ich mich schon sehr freue. Meine Empfehlung, man muss sich vielleicht ein wenig auf dieses, in Deutschland neue Unternehmen einlassen. Hier und da hakt es manchmal ein wenig (meist sind es Kommunikations/Übersetzungsprobleme, aber sicherlich nichts, was sich nicht mit ein wenig Geduld und Verständnis aus dem Weg räumen liesse. Denn: hauptsächlich geht es ja um die hochwertigen und durchdachten Geräte, die EcoFlow entwickelt hat. Bis bald, Chriss

Trying is adopting! Been with EcoFlow for over a year. They have grown soo much in such a short time. I own many EcoFlow equipment, solar gen’s and solar panels, and the Wave2. Amazing products. Was it perfect, no. Even started on a rough note. But EcoFlow took time to listen to me, and work till the problem was fix to my satisfaction. And even sent me a gift to apologize. The costumer service works well once you understand where they are and keep track of there calendar for holidays that are different to us. On Facebook there’s lots of EcoFlow official groups, where knowledge is shared. Can even ask help directly to a group admins. Last but not least, the build quality. I just love there build quality! I can easily recommend EcoFlow to friends and family.

I have owned multiple different Ecoflow products. River 600, River Max, River 2 Max, Delta Pro, Duel Fuel Smart Generator, Wave 1, Wave 2 and 220w flex solar panel. I have had problems in the past and their customer service has been extremely helpful. Example, Wave 1 wasn't communicating with the Delta Pro battery. They instantly replaced it no questions asked. Shipped paid for and picked up by FedEx. I also had the LP hose leaking on the Duel Gen, the hose was going to take awhile to come in so they were going to ship me a new Generator, so I could have a working unit faster. I understand some of the other comments about the customer support, but it is a small company. Having a world wide support isn't easy when you have to troubleshoot with engineering department.

Excellent experience with EcoFlow products and customer service! The products are great. Have been using the home panel with delta pro and smart batteries for 9 months now, and can’t say enough great things. I have plans to expand my current setup with EcoFlow roof solar panels, possibly an second home panel and power station down the road.
