Ecolines – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The bus was ok, fairly comfortable, clean. However, it was quite hard to communicate with staff. We waited almost an hour to leave Warszawa Zachodnia (with absolutely no information given about the reasons. Same somewhere in Germany where we stopped theoretically for 10 mutes but stayed half an hour. As a consequence, we arrived in Berlin an hour later than scheduled and I was late for a connection in Berlin, which cost me a lot of nerves and money. I understand that the arrival hour is "approximate" but I would expect delays like this only happen for some particular reason. I will try to avoid Ecolines next time I'm looking for a bus connection.
