Cannot comment on how breakdowns are dealt with as I haven't had to call them out. My 5 stars are for the ease of enrollment and the discounted price for a loyal customer.

The few times I have had to call out the breakdown vehicle it’s always been within an hour,and,if it isn’t fixable at the roadside,it’s been transported to the garage of my choice,therefore I have nothing but positive things to say,and,I have recommended them to friends who have also joined,so 10 out of 10 from me
