I, like many other pet owners, found this pharmacy while searching for discounted pet meds. Pet meds continue to increase in price every few months and it’s gotten ridiculous. I was able to get Bravecto for my dogs cheaper than I would have with Chewy or their actual vet. I actually saved about $70 on 4 chews. I see a lot of negative reviews about lack of communication, but EntirelyPets actually went above and beyond with my order. They actually reached out to my vet for the prescription authorization several times before I had to step in. My vet’s office was actually the one holding up progress. I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was super polite and super helpful, and once I provided the info that they needed, they reprocessed and shipped my order super quickly. They also didn’t charge me until They actually shipped my order. I hope that this review helps someone else save a bit of money on their next order. I had a really pleasant experience with them and appreciate their patience with my vet’s office.

I had received an incorrect answer when I called customer service but when I called the second time to ask another question I got to speak to Shaun who is the pharmacy customer service manager. He was such a pleasure to deal with. He was very patient and knowledgeable and got the answers to all my problems. I ended up having to call him back twice for help and each time he was so patient and pleasant. At the end of every call he would say to call him back if I needed anything else. I called looking for an arthritis medicine for my cat. This is something new to me since there's not many thing's that they can take.
