Filson – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Colour for the Dryden bage in Whiskey is waaaaayyyyy darker than in the photos, its like two different bags. I like still it, but expectation was not managed and delivered. Not sure what they Photographed, maybe with a gazillion lumens. Not true to reality. Hate such misleading photos. Update: Amazing customer service, changed the colour to the true one. Gives back 1 Star. Never had a company react so quickly. That is really cool. Also so far the bag is really good quality and everything worked well so far. So 4 stars

I've used Filson Europe quite a few times now over the years and felt I should leave a review. My experience with them has been great. Items are delivered to the UK in 2 to 3 days which is super fast compared to the time it used to take (just over a week). Sadly, the last item was too small, that's the risk you take when ordering online and Filson know this which is why their returns is super easy and smooth. They paid the refund without any problems. I love their products but I would advise on getting as much information on sizing as you can if you have any worries. Filson in my experience can be trusted and make fantastic clothing you'll love.

Filson repaired a hat (tin cloth packer) I purchased last year. I am hard on my clothing which is the reason I chose Filson. They kept me informed with updates and repair was done well.

This review relates to a pair of Filson uplander boots purchased in the USA over the Internet. I won't go into details but suffice to say in this particular case the quality of the both boots was compromised. But I can only speak as I find and the help from customer services in Holland was second to none, very patient and understanding in particular one lady Anastasia Kuts. Once all the relevant documents were sent as proof of purchase and shipping documents had been received a total refund transaction took place with no hiccups or hurdles put in the way.
