Very helpful with changing my flight and will definitely use this airline again. Jackson was very helpful.

I fly with frontier only and for the last 2 times I flew with them they charged me $55 for a carry on bag that I always and only use when I fly. I just don't understand why and the bag fits in the overhead compartment or under the seat. That is my only complaint about this airline. I will continue to fly with them but not with that bag but with the new bag.

We flew on Frontier 5/5 Long Island to Myrtle Beach. We were 5 adults (myself, wife 2 daughters and 1 significant other). During the hectic check-in process, the overwhelmed ticket agent put another persons baggage bar code strip on my daughters suitcase. She was already serving the customers behind us on the line before she printed and applied the strips to our bags. As a result, she had the strips for 2 different flights and 2 different customers in her hand at the same time. Naturally, she hastily put the wrong strip on my daughters bag and it took a trip to Raleigh NC instead of Myrtle Beach. We reported the bag missing on arrival to MB. And told the Frontier that I suspected that it was in Raleigh as my wife remembered that the other people mentioned going to Raleigh during small talk waiting on line. We were assured that they would call Raleigh and get the bag to us in 24 hrs. No call from Frontier ever. We called their 800 # at least once a day. No Bag. I drove to the airport on day 3 to ask personally and was assured that it wasn't in Raleigh by Frontier's manager in Myrtle Beach that they had contacted every destination that departed from Islip/NY that day. No Bag My daughter ( 26 Yrs old) opted to leave on day 5 of our trip 2 days early. She had lost mothers day gifts to her mom and grandmother as well as all of her best clothing. She was completely bummed. When we arrived back at Islip on 5/12 I decided to give it one more try and stopped at the Frontier counter. I related the story to the agent there and she promptly called Raleigh and, guess what, it was there all week. It had a baggage strip w the other customers name but a identification tag w my daughters name and phone number on it. We got it back on 5/17. They reimbursed us for some baggage fees ( they don't charge for bags that don't get there) and the gave us each a 50. voucher that needs to be redeemed within 90 days. I own a business and know full well that things do happen. However, this was completely avoidable and easily remedied if someone had just looked for the darn bag in Raleigh. And don't tell your customer that you will be in contact every 24 hours and never call. As there is a star in every sky, Rebecca was the ticket agent in Islip who made the call and found the suitcase. Thank you, Rebecca

I see, that a lot of travelers have complaints about this airline. To me was a lot better then many others. I had a good experience. The price was just right, too.
