frank green – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Bought a personalized water bottle for my daughter, when I received the email it stated 10 business day to be dispatched ! After speaking with the customer service team they promptly help speed up the process. Within 2 days they posted the item. Haven’t used the drink bottle yet, but I will give 5 stars for their customer service.

I have been very impressed with both the product quality and the level of customer service provided. Their efficient responses, along with the satisfactory solution provided, truely exceeded my expectations. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with frank green. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

My mystery box never arrived and after contacting Australia Post they were unable to find the item. I contacted Frank Green customer service, they were quick to offer a refund or to resend the items.

I have ordered so many water bottles from FG green not only for myself though family members over the years and only once have one broken being "faulty". I emailed customer service with the issue, a pic and proof of purchase. A day later (on a Sunday) I received a code to have the part replaced. So easy and seamless, I honestly expected a not our issue response being such a big company. Products are great we all know that thought the customer service is spot on :-)

These cups and water bottles are amazing I got the 2lt 1lt bottles as well as the party cups and the can/stubby cup as well also got the large coffee and normal coffee cups wow what an amazing product I would recommend it to anyone keeps my coffee hot and my cold drinks cold easy to clean and drink from as well my new obsession for sure my son also loves his can cup and party cup I can’t rave enough came very quick as well awesome product do you selves a favour and jump on the frank green train toot toot
