What a service!!! I had a small problem with one part of the delivery. Called the next day - spoke to Steve on the phone (no "chat" or email rubbish) and they replaced the broken part within 24 hours - super service. So happy with our large citronnelle candle, real flame torches and glow solar lights - they flicker in the dark - really cool. Always knew these guys were good...! Will never hesitate to buy again.

The postage was extremely low and I was worried about the validity of such a cheap offer. However, I need not of worried, as the Firepit turned up right on schedule. I was kept up-to-date at every point - superb, thank you. The Firepit itself is very robust, good quality steel and comfortably sits six of us around it. Worth every penny.

The Fez lanterns are excellent and look just the job on our new deck. Bright with a nice light pattern. We had a small issue with one of our two lanterns initially - the light unit was noticeably less bright than the other one. On contacting The Glow Company, a replacement was sent out immediately with no fuss or hassle - excellent service!

Great service, delivery and product. Found the product I was looking for at a much lower price than other places and it was fantastic quality. Really happy and will definitely use again and recommend to others.
