Ho recentemente acquistato un paio di cuffie dal sito Gshopper, le IOS 2021 TWS Stereo HIFI Sports Headphones Waterproof 1: 1 Air pods 3. Il prodotto mi è arrivato in soli 7 giorni. Purtroppo, ho riscontrato un difetto sulla cuffia destra, ma non appena ho contattato l'assistenza clienti, ho ricevuto un'ottima assistenza: mi hanno subito proposto di procedere con il reso e mi hanno rimborsato l'intero importo dell'acquisto. Sono rimasto impressionato dalla velocità e dall'efficienza del servizio clienti di Gshopper. Non mi hanno chiesto di rispedire indietro le cuffie difettose, il che ha dimostrato un approccio orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi. In conclusione, nonostante abbia avuto un piccolo inconveniente, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio di Gshopper.

The customer service is really nice and I love shopping here. It's really rare to see a website selling hand-made paintings. It took times for production, but never mind, I got what I want. A perfect artwork.
