I have emailed my reply, and will I be able to withdraw my revenue without paying ransom? Your agent did request 20% in advance to a special address. Read the evidence I provided. HitBTC should stop what they are doing and return the ransom money to their cliental who paid the ransom not knowing the Accelerator Package is actually deceiving them. Thank you for your reply and my apologies, My BAD! HitBTC-eth.net is the real perpetrator! My apologies for being a novice to cryptocurrency. I am learning the hard way. NowHitBTC-eth.net is infringing on the real HitBTC and should cease operating using the HitBTC.com name. Certainly, deceitful, and corrupt. HitBTC-eth.net are a scam waiting to happen. Other negative comments could be against HitBTC-eth.net and not HitBTC.com I certainly don’t know.

I've been using this crypto exchange for half a year already. It wasn't easy for me at the beginning since the interface is made for professionals rather than newbies, but I got used to it eventually. I like the number of assets available here, it's huge

After 6 days of waiting they answer all my questions from my email. HitBTC is a big company with perfect "Staking" operation but they necessarily need to speed up their support!

I don’t understand the plethora of negative reviews. I filled out the KYC form so verified my account. I set a whitelisted krypto address. After that need to wait about 2 days. And finally I started a payout and it arrived within 1 hour. I understand there are a lot of security precautions, but it’s also in the interest of the customers. I don’t know if only people are too impatient or they really couldn’t take out their crypto, but I have a feeling that the first case since I’ve never had a problem with the withdraw before. But I also found a problem. In one withdrawal, more was deducted than was written. Ergo they either didn’t update the withdrawal fee or their system has a problem and deducts more than it should. And it's no small difference $ 20 more crypto was deducted from the amount what I withdraw. Therefore -1 star is awarded.

I have submitted every information I have. I currently have my funds locked up by Hitbtc from October till date. My Ticket numbers are #1376236 and #1384218. I didn't know I had to get my KYC done before sending money. I have sent everything they have requested but are still holding onto my money. I am only here to plead for HITBTC to release my money. Those coins were paid to me by a company that you are dealing with so why withhold my money? At least give me my coins if you won't let me trade on your exchange. Please help me. Thank you. Olivia.
