Failed to Honor Warranty
I bought a Men's Nylon Garment bag, which broke the first time I used it. I reached out to Hook & Albert to replace it, as per the warranty listed on the website. To date, they still have not replaced or refunded my purchase. They don't even respond to emails. It's insulting, and probably illegal.
