Also, nach so vielen negativen Bewertungen, will ich Mal gegensteuern. Ware bestellt, 3 Tage später erhalten. Hattr zwar einen Tag Verspätung, aber diesen hatte Hermes angekündigt. Bin echt kein Fan von Hermes, aber bei dieser Lieferung lief alles glatt. Ware ist absolut in Ordnung. Einzige Kritikpunkte - und manche habe ich hier schonmal gelesen: 1.) Es sollte, wenn man auf einer Intimissimi-Online-Präsenz eines anderen Landes sofort darauf hingewiesen werden, dass man dort nicht bestellen kann. 2.) Spätestens wenn man den Warenkorb bestellen will, sollte man auf die richtige Seite umgeleitet werden. Ich war zuerst auf der italienischen Seite, habe meinen Warenkorb zusammengestellt und mich dann durch das Bestellformular geklickt. Erst gibt man an was man will, ob man es personalisieren will (was ich nicht gehabt habe, weil die Ware dann nicht mehr umgetauscht werden kann), dann kommen schon die Zahlungsmodalitäten und die Zahlung, BEVOR man überhaupt eine Adresse angegeben hat. Kenne ich so von nirgendwo anders. Dann gibt man nach der Zahlung die Adresse an und plötzlich wird man auf die deutsche Seite geleitet und der Warenkorb ist weg, die Bestellung auch. Das Geld wird zum Glück auch gleich zurückgebucht, aber warum lässt man es überhaupt erst so weit kommen? Das muss echt unstrukturiert werden.

I plan on buying more so I can wear them during the week. I love them with all of my heart. I highly recommend them and give them 5 stars.
