I had to contact them to make sure I received my points for my sister joining under my name, and the lady was very helpful and eager to help, most importantly. Very sweet and went out of her way!!

I feel I need to give the new Boxy/Ipsy some love. My reviews have been horrible, but things have changed. CS is right with it, they haven't missed a step. If something goes wrong, I am refunded. The boxes are even better, lots of what I love. But..truth is I was a little hard on them when you think of what you get for around 35.00

At first I wrote a bad review bc an eyeshadow I bought from Ipsy arrived broken and it took a few days to get a response from them. They did go above and beyond to make it right. They replaced the broken eyeshadow and gave me some free points to redeem free gift. I know now Ipsy is a great company with good customer service. I love the variety of items that I get too.

Boxy has definitely changed its overall quality over the time ive received my Boxy Charm boxes. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm that the changes have been for the better. Meanwhile, the prices have gone up several times. I would love to see the quality of the items and packaging go back to what it was when Boxy Charm first started.🙏🏼
