I visited the Amersham store yesterday as recommended by other mums. As a first time mum I want the best quality and comfort (and pretty things) for my soon to be daughter. I would just like to thank Alex (my friends asked me to ask for her) the lovely sleepsuits she recommended are beautiful.

The customer service provided by Valerie has been first class. Instead of just saying no she is trying hard to find a solution.

I complained nicely about a small failure on one of their products. I sent photos. They didn't quibble at all - offered replacement or refund - all courteously and promptly done. Good for them!!! Thank you Gareth Jones

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of the team in the Harpenden store! They are always so helpful and amazing at what they do, but this week they went above and beyond! I was in the store for the first day of the ‘event’ and they had just been changed over to a new system. All I can say is ‘wow’! The system was not fully in place and without going into too much detail the staff were ringing other local stores to locate stock, having to look up new product codes on the NEXT system, and, to top it all off, at times their internet was down too! Throughout all of this they remained patient, cheerful and put me totally at ease when I could easily have been made to feel like a total pain. They are all a total asset to the company, but a special thanks to Claire who always makes my shopping experience a pleasure, which is sometimes a little testing with 2 under 2!!! Thank you x
