I ordered from this company and they shipped my product on time. Unfortunately after further investigation FED EX lost the package. Kent Faith went above and beyond to make sure I got my full refund and I will most definitely shop with them again because I know that my money is secure with them and they will see to it that the customer is satisfied!!!

Ordered a canon lpe6nh battery pack but somehow my order changed during the packing process or I don't know how, and in the racking email I saw different type of batteries are coming. I contacted K&F right after and they told me changing my order and sending the correct battery set instead, and they did. Thank you so so much fot the quick workaround. I don't have experience with the battery itself yet (arrived yesterday), I have my test photoshoot today. I'll review it in my next post. Tha camera accepted it, shows its capacity, shows the shutter count, so it's perfect so far. Until than, thank you K&F.
