Kenzzi – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I had some issues with my order, as some parts were missing. I emailed their customer service team and although it did take longer than it should to resolve the issue, I have received the rest of my order and have started using it. Love the laser hair remover, I’ve been using it for 5 weeks on my legs, and I already see a big difference, even where I have thicker areas of hair. I Highly recommend this product, you won’t be disappointed, if you follow the instructions.

I got a Notification that my package had arrived when in fact it didn't. I emailed customer service to find what's going on and got a reply within the hour. In less than 12 hour the package was in my mailbox. Fantastic service by Toni! Her replies were quick, prompt and to the point. She made sure the package is received and followed up a few days later to check on me and if am satisfied with the order. The order arrived in 4 days to Denver, and the device is perfect. Already seeing some results. Definitely recommend.
