During my house renovation process I have ordered from many sites and learned over time to stick to domestic companies as the order and return process (where needed) is always a lot more straightforward. Superb service. Ordered 2 lights, delivered on time but there was a fault on one. Emailed Limelace at 7pm and got a response immediately from Ben, this was followed up the next day day with an update. Replacement light received a couple of days later. Superb old fashioned good service. Thank Ben for being so helpful and efficient!

The wallpaper took a long time to arrive but I can appreciate the disruptions. In the end the quality is perfect and it is handmade so worth the wait. In the meantime the customer service was excellent. I'd certainly shop again.
