Line2 – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I get a message to sign in after supplying a code. I can't get a code because the system won't let me. Usually a very good service but this is disappointing. I was responsible for this error. I entered my country code in the phone number. It did not notify me of that error when it was entered. I tried removing the initial 1 and could login normally!

I forgot my phone number

I was looking for a calling and sms/mms app for my small business that I could use on my desktop windows PC as well as android device. Line2 is perfect! It has great features which includes voice mail, call screening and you can even plug in a headset on your PC to use with the app. I'm happy I found line2! 10/23/2023 Update-Unfortunately, after testing out the service it did not work as well as expected. The desktop app does not have a contact book feature so you cannot assign names to numbers. This is a huge drawback because the desktop app is the primary way I would use the Line2 service. Also the Caller ID showed the name of a former customer named "Christopher". And the call quality was not good on desktop and cell phone although I was willing to buy a headset to see if call quality improved. I called customer service during the day and was on hold for about 30 minutes. I had to hang up. I later contacted Line2 via email for a refund. I'm so disappointed. I had high hopes for Line2 and I liked the look and feel of their desktop app. If Line2 is able to fix the issues with their service, it has the potential to be one of the better Voip services on the market. They key for success is in making a better functioning desktop app, improving call quality issues and ensuring that the number assigned to a new customer updates with the new info in their system.

Recently had an issue with Line2. Very long time customer with several lines. The Support Team (Agent named Orlando) did a good job and fixed my issue quickly and professionally.
