i got to know Ly.com through Skyscanner. I was at first worry when seeing its low rating. However, i have decided to go ahead my booking of 5 flight tickets SIN-BKK on SQ flight due to the super attractive price on ly.com. The booking was easy and smooth. I got my ticket confirmation within 30mins, same booking is reflected on SQ app! I will sure use them again.

Yesterday by noon I booked flight from Atlanta to Brasilia, everything went well, but I didn't receive any email from them, I called them and I was told that it could take up to 8 hours for them to issue my tickets, then once the tickets were issued they will send me an email with all information. Time went by and I didn't receive anything, so I called them again and I was told that the email was already sent, but they re-sent me the email. Time went by and as of this morning I had not received anything from them. I began to worry about it, so I called them again. The guy who helped me out was really nice and really helpful. We work for about 20 minutes because for some reason I was not able to receive emails from them, I DON'T KNOW WHY. This guy tried to send it to a different email, but I was not able to receive it either, then he sent me an email with the ticket and booking numbers. Finally, I received that email. I went to the airline's website, Copa Airlines, and found my reservation, my tickets, and everything I needed. I have to say that this company's customer service is really good, they answer really fast, they are really nice. The only thing is that you have to be patient since thy work from China and they have a pretty thick accent, I also have a thick accent and I had some difficulties, other than that they are pretty good. I will give them a 5 Star review.

I always search for flights on Google Flights.com and this was the first time I seen Ly.com. Like everybody else I did a search and found it to be mixed reviews. Decided to go for it and book my flight which was $200 cheaper through Ly.com verses booking directly with the Airline. Most people who had issues with Ly.com wanted to make changes to their itinerary, either filled out the info wrong or needed to change something. I suggest you triple check before you click confirm because it will be complicated to change after confirmation. Ly.com is no different from Flighthub or Expedia. Booking through a 3rd party always makes it more complicated to modify or change your flight. The actual airline will not deal with you so you need to be aware of that. I received an email right away to confirm my booking and within 1 or 2 hours received my itinerary with a booking reference. Went on the Westjet app and found my reservation. My flight was one way Halifax to Calgary, Wesjet price was $600 and I paid $400 for the exact same flight with Westjet but booked through Ly.com

The site definitely looks shady but it worked out for me. I got a payment confirmation receipt mailed to me immediately but the actual confirmed ticket with a PNR came only a few hours later. And I checked the PNR with the airline and it was legit. I would recommend use credit card instead of debit or bank info for payment so if something fraudulent does happen you can work with your credit card for protection. Hope this helps

Pull up a chair and let me tell you a story. Ly.com looks non legit but yes ma'am and Pam it is legit. You receive your confirmation email then you start to get scared because you don't see a follow-up itinerary with who you are flying with and what time etc. You start questioning your self saying I should of not been cheap and bought this ticket with a company I never heard of. Then you start looking at reviews and see what they said but you are mad at yourself because you were to look at the reviews before lol. Now you sweating about to call your bank or credit card company about to cancel nooooooooo don't do it. Just wait a couple days they will send you your itinerary but just to feel safe you call the airline to confirm this is accurate information. It's accurate. Now you can sleep better knowing you are really flying to your destination. This lady and gentlemen is the closest to ressa tessa story line I will get.
