I've had no problems at all with Neon Beach and would absolutely recommend them. The item arrived on time, there was nothing wrong with it other than it just wasn't what was expected brightness wise. RJ responded to emails all through Christmas and New Year, offering alternatives and support but finally we decided on a refund. It was dealt with promptly and without any hassle. Thanks for always being responsive and co-operative, Customer Service like this goes a long way!

Beautiful artwork bought for my daughter for Christmas. The order was easy to place on the website, I was kept informed by Neon Beach throughout the process. It was delivered within the timeframe quoted and very well packaged. The neon sign has three settings, the top setting is really bright which means the ceiling light does not need to be used. I thought I would add that I am a genuine customer and am thinking of placing a second order. Thank you Neon Beach we are delighted!
